Craig studied the Advanced Diploma in Travel, Tourism & Information Technology, (Career & International Qualifications) and on graduation joined Heritage Hotels in Auckland, working in the Hotel Reception.

I loved meeting people from all over the world, and the variety in the work. I'd always wanted to be involved in adventure tourism, so I was thrilled when I got the job with Auckland Bridgeclimb! It's just the best job!"

Craig meets the tour groups and takes them through the pre-tour briefings at their city base in Nelson Street before taking them down onto the bridge and through the tour.
